You’ve lived with the cramped kitchen or the tired bath long enough. Todd Saunders ran commercial job sites for ten years before starting his own company, and every remodel gets the same things: a written plan, a protected house, and a call from us a year after we finish.
Who We Are
Todd Saunders has been drawn to construction for as long as he can remember, from watching crews down the street as a kid to summer jobs on site through high school. He studied civil engineering and spent ten years as a field superintendent for a commercial builder.
Now he brings that same order to homes across Raleigh, Cary and Wake County. When he isn’t on a job, he’s volunteering with the fire department.

Our Process
We’ve seen what happens when a contractor has no real process: the homeowner gets the short end of the stick. Ours is written down, and it runs the same way on every job.
Start a ProjectFill out our form or give us a call. Tell us what isn't working and what you picture, and we'll call you back to talk it through.
Todd comes out to see the space, inspect what's there and talk through the details. A consultation fee holds your spot on our calendar.
Budget, timeline and materials settled first. Then we go over the contract together and sign it once you have everything you need to know.
We seal off the work area, protect the rest of the house and keep it structurally safe, then walk the space with you before work begins.
We get to work and keep it moving. When we finish, we clean the space so the only sign we were there is the room you wanted.
A final walkthrough three days later, a 5-year warranty, and calls at three days, three weeks, three months and one year.
